The United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Continent of Europe west of the Ural Mountains, Madeira, Canary Islands, Iceland, the Azores, Cape Verde Islands, Mediterranean Islands and non-European countries bordering the Mediterranean (except Algeria, Lebanon, Libya, and Albania).

Area 2

Worldwide, excluding the United States of America and Canada.*

Area 3

Worldwide, including the United States of America and Canada.*
